Funds Management – Wingate Asset Management (WAM) is a boutique international equities investment manager, with two large cap global equity funds that invest in high quality listed companies. Wingate Asset Management is a joint venture between the Wingate Group and Australian Unity Investments.
Australian Unity Investments is the funds management arm of financial services, health and retirement living services provider Australian Unity. It has over $6.6 billion in funds under management.
Advisory – Wingate provides transactional advice and services in Mergers & Acquisitions covering divestments, acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, IPO’s, capital raisings, transaction structuring, syndication and strategic analysis.
Principal Investment – Wingate identifies, assesses and structures private equity, mezzanine debt, property, share placement and other direct investment opportunities as principal investor and on behalf of co-investors and clients.
