Farrel founded the Wingate Group in 2003 after a highly successful career as an investment banker, including holding positions as head of ANZ Private Bank and the Group Managing Director of Investec Bank (Australia) Ltd.
Recognised as one of Australia's outstanding specialised financial service innovators and business builders, Farrel's experience spans funds management, private equity, private clients, debt, structured investments, corporate advice, business strategy, capital markets, securitisation and funding for large privately owned businesses.

Franco has over the past 20 years initiated, advised on and closed transactions valued at many billions of dollars in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets. Franco’s experience includes advising large privately owned businesses as well as national and multi-national public corporations on both local and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining the Wingate Group, Franco was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 18 years and a leading member of the firm’s Corporate Finance team.

Ryan is a specialist in risk management and financial structuring. He has spent two decades in the financial services industry holding roles ranging across product development, financing and property. Ryan has business-building and investment experience across three continents and brings substantial marketing, innovation, analytical and entrepreneurial skills to the Wingate Group, as well as specific experience in the finance, insurance and loyalty industries.
Prior to joining Wingate, Ryan founded Destiny Health, a Chicago-based health insurance company, spearheading what is now commonly referred to as the “Consumer Driven Healthcare” sector in the USA.

Chad is a specialist in both the equities and fixed income markets and is widely regarded and followed as an astute value investor. Chad has held positions as an equities and derivatives analyst at HSBC Bank in London, and an equities research analyst at First National Bank in South Africa. In 1998 Chad co-founded Aurica Financial Services, an asset management business, which became a Top 300 unlisted company in South Africa. In 2002 Chad joined AXA Ltd in Australia as an Equities and Fixed Interest Investment Specialist.
Chad joined the Wingate Group in July 2006 and is one of the founders of Wingate Asset Management.

Tony spent the first nine years of his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he trained as a chartered accountant, specialising in banking, finance and real estate. Following PwC, Tony joined Macquarie Bank where he held a number of senior roles, both in Australia and abroad, over 13 years. Tony founded Macquarie Branded Investments and Macquarie Golf and Leisure, managed Macquarie's property and leisure related interests including Medallist Developments (an international joint venture with Greg Norman), Macquarie Leisure Trust Group (a real estate finance business) and Macquarie's investment into the childcare industry.
Tony is Chairman of the Steve Waugh Foundation’s Forever Green Dinner Committee, Chairman of the Dominican Finance Committee and Director and Treasurer of Aunties and Uncles, a youth mentoring program.

David is a leading apparel entrepreneur and businessman. David’s family interests have included market dominant businesses in jeanswear, workwear and corporate clothing. He commenced his career in 1981 as a trainee at clothing manufacturer Yakka Pty Ltd. In 1994 David established Icon Clothing Pty Ltd which became one of Australia’s leading jeanswear companies, marketing and selling its products in Australia, New Zealand and internationally.
Icon Clothing and Yakka were sold to Pacific Brands Ltd in March 2007.
David manages his family interests including investments in apparel, property, equities and fixed income.

Moss is one of Africa's most prominent and successful business people. He has played a leading role in the South African freedom movement and post-apartheid business and politics in South Africa. Moss has an encyclopaedic knowledge of African industries. He served from 1995 to 2000 as economic advisor to the Presidency of South Africa. He has also served on the African National Congress’s (ANC) economic policy unit for a number of years and has consulted to the World Bank and National Housing Forum (South Africa) on aspects of economic policy in South Africa.
Moss is CEO and Deputy Chairman of Safika Holdings, a director of SA Breweries Ltd, Dimension Data - Middle East and Africa, Chairman of Kelly Group Ltd, board member of Business Leadership South Africa and a Trustee of the Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital, among several other communal and business leadership roles.

Geoff sits on a number of Boards pursuant to the management of his family’s investment holdings which range across property, equities, fixed income and private equity in Australia and globally.
Geoff is also a director of the Precision Group which is involved in the acquisition, management and development of commercial property with interests in the retail, office and hospitality sectors of the property market, and a director of Litigation Lending Services which provides individually tailored funding solutions to a wide range of litigation requirements throughout Australia and New Zealand.
