Chief Investment Officer
Chad is a specialist in both the equities and fixed income markets and has developed a reputation and following as an astute value investor. Chad has worked as an equities and derivatives analyst at HSBC Bank in London, followed by a role as an equities research analyst at First National Bank in South Africa. In 1998 Chad co-founded Aurica Financial Services, an asset management business which became a top 300 unlisted company in South Africa. In 2002 Chad joined AXA Ltd in Australia as an Equities and Fixed Interest Investment Specialist.
Chad joined the Wingate Group in July 2006 and is one of the founders of Wingate Asset Management.

Joel Beebe

Director of Investments
Prior to joining Wingate in 2004, Joel worked at Merrill Lynch in both Melbourne and New York having been selected for Merrill Lynch’s Corporate Intern Program in 2000. He worked within the equities research and asset management (Blackrock) divisions before joining the investment banking group.
Joel has strong company analysis and financial modelling skills and significant equity markets and corporate finance experience.

Alastair MacLeod

Investment Analyst
Alastair has specialised in international equities for the past eleven years. Alastair was a Director with RBS (prev ABN AMRO) in New York for seven years prior to joining Wingate, during which time he initially worked as a research analyst covering US media, before taking responsibility for covering the firm's value focused clients. Prior to this Alastair covered US media for Cazenove and European industrials for Banque Paribas in London. Before entering banking, Alastair spent four years with accountancy firm Price Waterhouse in Australia and London.

Stuart Morgan

Analyst
Stuart joined the Wingate Group in 2008 after working as a lecturer and tutor at the School of Maths & Physics, University of Tasmania for four years. Stuart is currently completing a PhD in Theoretical Physics.
